Managing code compliance and property preservation efforts has never been more important: with record number of defaulted properties remaining vacant and stalled in some stage of repossession, and the number of foreclosed properties nationwide at levels still four times historical averages, keeping neighborhood blight at bay has become a front-burner issue for many local cities and municipalities.
